  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp agave
  • 1/4 tsp mint extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • whipped cream for topping (optional)
  • maraschino cherry
  • natural food coloring or spirulina (optional)

Directions

  1. 1. Combine overnight oats, Plant Junkie Chia Seeds, milk, agave, salt, and mint extract in a medium bowl. Add natural food coloring or green spirulina if desired. Cover and let set overnight. Top with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.
