- •1/4 tsp mint extract
- •1/4 tsp salt
- •whipped cream for topping (optional)
- •maraschino cherry
- •natural food coloring or spirulina (optional)
Directions
- 1. Combine overnight oats, Plant Junkie Chia Seeds, milk, agave, salt, and mint extract in a medium bowl. Add natural food coloring or green spirulina if desired. Cover and let set overnight. Top with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.
