- •1/3 cup agave or sweetener of choice

Directions
- 1. Combine lemon juice, maple syrup, and water in a large pitcher (plus two of the leftover lemon halves, if you like).
- 2. Once well combined, add Plant Junkie Chia Seeds and let the mixture sit for at least 30 minutes so the Chia seeds plump up.
