- •2 Tbsp hot water
- •1 cup milk
- •
- •2 Tbsp agave
- •1 tsp vanilla
- •1/8 tsp peppermint extract
- •pinch of salt
Directions
- 1. In a medium bowl, combine the hot water with cacao. This will make the cacao dissolve much better. Now add the rest of your ingredients, mix well and place in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 hours, up to overnight.
- 2. (Optional garnish: make a second batch of the recipe, but omit the cacao and hot water. Now you have a fun extra minty layer to put on top of the chocolate layer!)
