  • 1 cup brewed hibiscus tea
  • 1 small pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp fresh lime juice, about on half of a lime
  • 2 tsp agave
  • 1 small pinch sea salt

Directions

  1. 1. Mix ingredients together and let the chia seeds hydrate for 15-20 minutes to prevent gut pain. Serve with lots of ice!
